If you happen to come across Power Lead System’s business opportunity and the marketing pitch piques your interest, then the article I have prepared for today will especially tackle the concerns you have in mind about the company.
In this review, I’ll talk about the important specifications you have to take note of about the MLM company and help you decide if their business opportunity is the right one for you.
But before I start, allow me to have this opportunity to disclose first and foremost that I am NOT connected or affiliated with Power Lead System, and I am NOT promoting the MLM scheme in any way.
This article is my honest opinion about the company and unbiased take on whether they’re worth your time and investment.
So without further delays, let’s get right into today’s discussion…
Let Me Introduce You to the Owners First
Power Lead System was founded by two seasoned MLM entrepreneurs, Michael Price and Neil Guess.
The two co-founders have a long experience in the MLM industry. Michael Price, in particular, has won multiple MLM awards as a sales representative, and he is also used to be a trainer for the Tony Robbins Research International.
And top of all of his career accomplishments, he was among Fortune 100 Company’s Top Sales Representative of the Year. Lastly, he founded Priceless Possibilities in 1996, which aims to help small businesses.
On the other hand, there’s no information about Neil Guess, but he used to be an affiliate of an MLM company called Solavei.
With the credentials of the co-founders, does this mean that the company’s business opportunity is a good investment?
Let’s continue with my Power Lead System review and learn more…
What is the Power Lead System?
Power Lead System is an MLM company that sells training courses and marketing tools that should help businesses gain traction in the business.
I will explain the details of the program’s features in the following sections, but to give you a good idea of what you’ll get, it includes training on establishing a website, email marketing, and anything that could help your business grow.
Like any typical MLM scheme around, you are required as a member to sell the program to others.
With this in mind, your progress in the company entirely depends on the number of features you’ll have access to and the membership package you have initially purchased.
I am not really a fan of MLMs. Can you make money with them? The answer is yes. But only a small portion of members make sufficient money to support their lifestyles.
Also, most of the people who are earning huge sums of money from the business are those who are on the top level of the pyramid.
What Does the Power Lead System Offer?
Power Lead System offers members an income opportunity through their MLM system and various training courses that should aim at business owners with their respective ventures.
I will discuss the business opportunity later. But for now, let’s talk about the training courses and tools, which include the following—
- Master Traffic Institute
- Social Profit Academy
- Road Map to Riches
- Free Ad Secrets
- Power VIP Club
- Endless Free Leads
- Master Traffic Academy
In addition to the training modules, you’ll have access to the following features—
- Exclusive membership to the Power Lead System community
- Lead capture pages
- Email autoresponders
- Web hosting
- Video postcards
I also reviewed two MLMs in the past, such as the Savings Highway Global and List Leverage. Or you can check out the full list of reviews by clicking here.
The Power Lead System Business Opportunity
MLMs are characterized by their complex business plans that are almost incomprehensible. The business opportunity of the Power Lead System is not different from the rest of MLMs.
It is so convoluted that it seems like you would even need a rocket scientist to help you understand the entire thing.
You may see different variations in the mechanics, but it all comes down to two factors such as—
- Retail Commissions – income generated from retail sales
- Recruitment – income generated from recruiting new members to the structure
To give you a better picture, I have summarized the compensation plan below—
Power Lead System Customer & Affiliate
A member is rewarded $20 per month for every recruit. However, the catch is that they have to remain active for you not to lose the privilege.
Also, another $10 bonus shall be provided if your downline has an active recruit as well.
Power Lead System Diamond
One-time $100 compensation is provided to members for qualified affiliate recruitment. And then, another $25 commission is earned when their downline has qualified affiliate recruitment as well.
Power Lead System Platinum
One-time $400 compensation is provided to members for qualified affiliate recruitment. And then, another $50 commission is earned when their downline has qualified affiliate recruitment as well.
How Much are the Membership Packages?
The cost of joining Power Lead System depends on the membership package you have selected—
- Lead Lightning – the basic membership package will cost you a one-time payment of $7
- Power Lead System – the gold membership package will cost you a monthly payment of $30
- Free Ad Secrets – the diamond membership package will cost you a one-time payment of $147
- Social Profit Academy – the platinum membership package will cost you a one-time payment of $497
- Master Traffic Institute – the master membership package will cost you a one-time payment of $1,497
That’s a lot of money, isn’t it?
But that’s not all. You will have to pay $23.97 per month to use their affiliate program. In addition, there will be upsells involved as you progress with their training program.
If you are not new to affiliate marketing, I’m sure you’re aware that most affiliate programs are free to use. Some prominent examples are Clickbank and JVZoo.

Is Power Lead System a Scam?
I didn’t find any reason to believe that the Power Lead System is a scam. Plus, Michael Price and Neil Guess are prominent entrepreneurs with credible backgrounds. Thus, I don’t think that they are con artists trying to scam you.
What I LIKE about Power Lead System
The list below is some of the advantages of the Power Lead System that you have to take note of—
Cheap Basic Membership
Unlike MLMs I have encountered before, Power Lead System offers a $7 membership package.
However, do not expect that you will get the most out of the training program. Also, you will still have to pay the $23 monthly fees if you’re planning to use their affiliate program.
Active Online Community
Power Lead System has an active online forum where you can share or exchange ideas with other fellow members.
Legitimate Creators
As discussed, Neil Guess and Michael Price are two legit entrepreneurs with years of experience.
What I DON’T LIKE about Power Lead System
Now, I also listed the following disadvantages of the Power Lead System—
Expensive
Although they have a $7 membership package, it wouldn’t be that much of a help. You have to pay for their more expensive membership plans to fully benefit from their program.
Additional Cost and Upsells
In addition to the initial costs, you also have to settle $23.97 monthly for the affiliate program. And then, you have to pay for upsells in order to access some features of the program.
Low Success Rate
Financial success in Multi-Level Marketing is extremely rare.
In fact, according to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), approximately 2% of MLM succeed, and the rest of the 98% fails and incur losses instead of profits.
You can read more about FTCs research on MLMs through John Taylor’s book titled “Multi-Level Marketing Unmasked.”
More Focused on Recruitment
You have to bear in mind that recruitment is the lifeblood of MLMs. It is what’s keeping the business in operation.
As you may have observed, MLMs strongly encourage you to promote the program and recruit as many people to the scheme.
This kind of business model is very unstable. The entire structure will eventually collapse once the downline members are unable to recruit people into the scheme.
“Pay-to-Play” Scheme
As you see, you basically have to pay for the pricier membership package to take full advantage of the business opportunity. Also, you need to pay an extra $24 for the rights to use the affiliate marketing and upsells to progress.
Final Thoughts on My Power Lead System Review and A Better Alternative to the Program
I hope my Power Lead System review has provided you with the insights you need in deciding whether the business opportunity by Neil Guess and Michael Price is the right investment for you or not.
Either way, I don’t recommend MLMs to anyone.
The success is very low, and there’s a high probability that you will end up incurring losses if you are unable to build your downline.
If you’re willing to explore other income sources, then I have something to offer that will help you gain financial stability without having to spend over $1,500.
Affiliate marketing has been a trend in the past few years because it yields high and reliable income once you have managed the business effectively.
Also, many prefer them over any other business models because of the following factors—
- Low risk
- Cost-effective
- It suits all levels of experiences
- And you don’t have to deal with product management and deliveries
