Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any more relevant references about Jay Dagan that we can use to check his background and verify his credibility.
With this in mind—ask yourself whether you can trust somebody with your hard-earned money if they are not even willing to share with you their true identities.
Once you dig deeper, you’ll soon realize that they are more than an internet marketing program. The truth is that they are an MLM (multi-level marketing) company, and the real business opportunity from them is by giving you commissions for recruiting people into their scheme. I will explain the business opportunity in the next section.

Cash Building System Unlimited is advertised as a postcard marketing business—in other words, email marketing. It is a marketing whereby the website owner sends out sales pitches to various email addresses that are within their sales funnel.
Of course, the purpose of the strategy is to generate leads that would eventually result in sales conversion.
In my own experience, you don’t need to spend a lot of money to learn email marketing. You can learn more about them for less or even without spending any money at all through Google search or YouTube.
Quality traffic is the lifeblood of any monetized website and social media account. Email marketing is only among the many methods where you can attract leads, but sadly, it is the least effective.
And this is because unoptimized email ads would often go directly to the spam folder. If they land in the main inbox folder, there are no guarantees that the receiver would open the email, click the hyperlinked texts, and avail whatever you are selling to them.
But that’s the least of your concern anyway because helping you with email marketing is not the main priority of Cash Building System Unlimited. In reality, they are an MLM operation that sells the fake email marketing course as they advertised.

- The second tier costs $100, pays $70 for every recruitment, and $20 for second-level recruitment
- The third tier costs $500 that pays $350 for every recruitment and $100 for second-level recruitment
- The fourth tier costs $1,000 that pays $700 for every recruitment and $200 for second-level recruitment
- The fifth tier costs $1,500, pays $1,050 for every recruitment, and $300 for second-level recruitment
- The sixth tier costs $2,000, pays $2,500 for every recruitment, and $400 for second-level recruitment
- The seventh tier costs $2,500, pays $1,750 for every recruitment, and $5,000 for second-level recruitment

In business school, I’ve learned that if something is “too good to be true,” then it’s likely to be a scam. In this case, the owners of the company don’t have any income disclosure statement to back up their claims.
All they give you are cringey and over-hyped promises. In fact, the company isn’t upfront about sharing even the most basic information about them.

How Much is the Cash Building System Unlimited Business Opportunity?
The price of joining them depends on the tiered package you are opting for which will cost you from a minimum of $50 to a maximum of $5,000, as you see in the previous section. It is supposed to give you a better chance of earning higher as you avail of their more expensive tiers.
Again, there are no guarantees that you are going to earn higher even if you purchase their most expensive package. The MLM structure is extremely vulnerable and could collapse anytime as soon as they are no longer able to recruit people into the system.

Allow me to give you the definition of an MLM (multi-level marketing) first—it is a business model whereby a current member earns commissions by recruiting people and necessitating them to buy and promote the company’s products or services.
Such a definition is also the reason why they are commonly attached to direct-selling operations with the likes of Avon, Usana, or AdvoCare. Now, you have to remember that Cash Building System Unlimited has no tangible product to offer, and all they give you is a promise of returns for your investment.
Plus, as I mentioned earlier, how can you trust someone who is not willing to share with you parts of their identity?
With no real products to offer, it makes them more of a pyramid scheme than an MLM because the main source of income is recruitment.

I don’t recommend Cash Building System Unlimited, or any MLMs for that matter, because they provide you false hope, and it’s a high-risk investment if you ask me.

Below are the things I don’t particularly like about the Cash Building System Unlimited business opportunity—
Misleading
First and foremost, the site disguises the program as a sort of “postcard-type marketing,” but in reality, they are an MLM operation in which the only way for you to earn is through recruitment and not lead generation.
It’s a Pyramid Scheme!
Since they do not have tangible products to offer, they are essentially a pyramid scheme.
Impractical
The business opportunity is expensive and highly impractical.
Lack of Information About the Company
JD Marketing doesn’t seem to be transparent regarding disclosing corporate information.

I have read some articles describing them as an MLM company, but I beg to disagree because they do not have something to offer aside from their overhyped claims. It is an illegal pyramid scheme that disguises the program as an email marketing income opportunity.
